Mr. Price has 25 years of experience and responsibility with documented management success at progressive organizational levels, and is currently the President of Lindbergh & Associates. Mr. Price’s technical strengths are in planning, scheduling, creative problem solving, and written and verbal communication. He excels at leading and motivating a team to successfully attain program objectives. He is proficient in scheduling, project management, and planning software. He has demonstrated capabilities in organizing large, multi-discipline programs into clear interdependent projects, establishing and prioritizing goals and objectives, and worked within expedited schedules without impacting creativity, safety, and quality. Mr. Price is able to translate ideas into concrete written or visual form to share with others. He is an experienced team player, bringing enthusiasm and energy into group efforts.

Mr. Garcia has 22 years of professional engineering experience, 18 of which have included project/program management experience on federal projects. He is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Charleston, SC office. He has managed numerous DOD ID/IQ design and construction contracts with values ranging from $200k to $38M. Mr. Garcia has been responsible for cost and schedule performance, technical quality, and development and implementation of administrative, record keeping, cost/schedule control, and quality control programs for federal, private, and state agency contracts. Mr. Garcia is a registered professional engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and holds a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accreditation.

Mr. Whitmore has more than 22 years of professional engineering experience and has provided design packages for a multitude of projects which have included structural analysis, design, specifications, cost estimation, and trade and client coordination.

As a Structural Group Leader with Lindbergh & Associates, he provides advanced technical skills to innovative technical solutions to solve difficult technical challenges through designs, evaluations and reports that are practical, feasible, and responsive to clients. He performs technical leadership by directing several large complex projects and contributes to several projects at one time to execute design computations, develop design criteria, design sketches, and preliminary plans and reports. Mr. Whitmore works with the firm’s Quality Committee to maintain quality control for completed engineering projects.

Kevin R. Chafin, AIA has more than 16 years professional experience. Mr. Chafin is a Registered Architect in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia and holds National Council of Architectural Boards (NCARB) Certification and Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accreditation. Mr. Chafin has the responsibility of leading the architecture department, providing project management, working with the client to accomplish their specific design goals, and quality control. As a former architect for Naval Facilities Engineering Command- Southern Division, he has worked extensively on a variety of DOD and Federal Projects. Mr. Chafin also served in the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Air Force Reserve.

Mr. Pharis, a Senior Architect with Lindbergh and Associates, has more than 14 years of architectural experience. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional. Mr. Pharis a registered architect in the State of South Carolina.

Mr. Pharis has broad experience as a registered architect. He has experienced in all phases of the practice of Architecture: project programming, project management and coordination, conceptual design, construction documents, and construction administration. He has provided traditional Architectural design services to a variety of government, educational, and private sector clients. He has worked extensively with federal, state and municipal government clients. His most recent clients include Charleston Air Force Base, the City of North Charleston and the University of Georgia.

As a former Architect for Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mr. Pharis worked extensively on a variety of Navy and Marine Corps facilities projects providing project programming, technical support and design review/acceptance. Through his experience as a civil servant, he is uniquely qualified to assist public sector clients. Mr. Pharis continues to support Navy and Marine Corps clients as an architect at Lindbergh & Associates.

Mr. Mckenzie has more than 20 years of professional experience. During his career he has worked both independently and as part of a team. As an engineer and surveyor he has experience with a broad range of public, private, and military projects. His engineering experience includes grading plans, the design of pavements, runways, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems. He has also been involved in project coordination with both architects and contractors. As a land surveyor Mr. Mckenzie has performed mortgage, topographic, route, site, hydrographic, and subdivision surveys. He has prepared plats, topo maps, engineering plans, and permit drawings.

Experience

Mr. Wooten has more than 15 years of experience in public, private, and military type surveying projects. As a Survey Group Leader with Lindbergh & Associates, he is responsible for proper execution of land surveying and mapping procedures and additional details of a land survey. He coordinates tasks of survey workers for assigned projects and also supervises work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and that schedules are met. Mr. Wooten holds Professional Land Surveyors Registration in South Carolina & Virginia. He is affiliated with South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Virginia Association of Surveyors, and The Civil Engineers Club of Charleston, South Carolina

Mr. McLaughlin has over 17 years of professional experience, either as a Land Planner, Landscape Architect, Project Manager, or even a Project Superintendent. He has been involved in most aspects of construction; from conception, design, zoning compliance, construction documentation, bidding, scheduling, and final construction. He has managed residential, commercial, governmental, and environment remediation projects up to $40 million. Mr. McLaughlin is also a licensed Landscape Architect in the state of South Carolina.
