Design Process
Lindbergh and Associates uses an integrated approach called a charrette, throughout the design process. Our process begins with the entire Lindbergh design team conducting a site investigation and gathering project data. Using the data collected, the design team meets with key representatives to work out program / facility relationships and issues. Once the issues are clarified, the Lindbergh team then develops visual representations that depict our clients individual goals and needs.
From this conceptual understanding, Lindbergh’s design team provides an integrated design package that realizes the vision, while also conforming to all required codes, regulations and guidelines.

Our architects develop integrated designs that incorporate sustainable architecture and engineering practices that are good for both the client and the community.
Our holistic, collaborative and integrated approach brings together all the necessary disciplines from the beginning to the end of a successful project. We view our office as a “communal workroom” for the collaborative efforts of all team members including the client, contractor and consultants.
