Project Description:

Fort Jackson, SC initiated a comprehensive force protection program to mitigate the terrorist threat to its people and facilities. The leading element of the program is to provide terrorist mitigation for the major troop housing complexes and hospital. Lindbergh & Associates was the force protection consultant responsible for the design of these works. The program required a review of construction contract documents and subcontractor submittals including shop drawings.

This program won "First Place" at the Army level for "Best Anti-Terrorism Innovation or Action" for programs throughout the country.
