At Lindbergh & Associates (L&A) a variety of benefits have been established to provide a sense of security, support career goals, encourage health and wellness, and foster a feeling of camaraderie among employees.
 

Recognizing that lifestyles differ and life's needs change, we offer regular, full-time employees a basic benefits package, as well as a program of flexible benefit options from which to choose. The following pages describe the various benefits available. L&A pays for a significant portion of your benefits. The total cost of your benefits will depend on the coverage you choose.

Healthcare:

Personal Choice Flexible Benefit:
Medical coverage is offered under the L&A Healthcare Plan, administered by RMSCO.  Two levels of coverage are available for employees and eligible dependents.  The medical plan benefits include medical, prescription drug and mental health/substance abuse coverage.  

Dental coverage is offered with options available to best suit individual and family needs. Options are available for preventive or comprehensive care.

Short-term disability provides salary continuation during a period of medical disability lasting 26 weeks or less.

Long-term disability provides a monthly/weekly income to EE’s who continue to be totally disabled after short-term disability ends. There are three levels of coverage that would commence after short-term disability benefits have been exhausted and employee is still unable to return to work.

Employees and dependent group term life Insurance is available for employees and their eligible dependents, with various options for Levels of coverage depending on your individual needs.

Flex spend accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars for eligible health and dependent care expenses not covered under another plan. You can set aside from your pay before taxes to help cover expenses. These accounts are strictly governed by the IRS and are subject to the "use it or lose it" rule.

Accidental death and dismemberment coverage can be selected for the employee only or for the employee plus spouse and/or children



Employment Retirement Plan:

Regular status employees are eligible to participate in the firm's Simple IRA Savings and Retirement Plan. L&A can match 100% of the first 3% of the employees contribution to the plan. 



Other Benefits:  

The Employee Assistance Program is available to provide confidential external counseling services to employees and their families for personal problems.

Job-related health and safety training and equipment are provided to employees.

Employees are invited to participate in employee association activities to promote feelings of teamwork and support a positive rapport in the work environment.
